AI medical scribe for dermatologists

Short visits, many prescriptions, brand names that sound alike. The drug list is where a dermatology note goes wrong.

Clinic Scribe writes up skin, hair, cosmetology and laser consultations on a computer inside your clinic. It knows Indian dermatology brands, flags names it may have misheard, catches a corrected prescription, and records the steroid creams a patient already used.

At a glance

In the consultationWhat the scribe does
“Betnovate — sorry, Mometasone”The corrected drug must win; the note is checked
“Panderm lagaya tha”Self-medication with steroid creams recorded
Itraconazole 200 for three weeksDose and duration kept; a dose out of range blocks signing
Family members with the same itchRecorded as family history

The recording never leaves your clinic

Clinic Scribe runs on a small computer we install in your clinic. The consultation is transcribed and the note is written there; the audio is deleted as soon as it is transcribed, and every deletion is logged with a time you can show a patient. Nothing goes to a cloud server, ours or anyone else’s, and it keeps working when the internet does not.

Frequently asked questions

Does the audio go to the cloud?

No. It is transcribed and the note is written on a computer installed in your clinic. The audio is deleted once it is transcribed, and every deletion is logged.

Does it diagnose or prescribe?

No. It writes up what was said. You review, correct and sign every note; nothing is filed without your signature.

What if a patient does not want to be recorded?

Tap “Patient declined” and nothing is recorded. You can dictate a short summary yourself after the patient leaves, and the note is marked as dictated.
