How the switching actually works
The language is decided by the caller's last full sentence, not by a menu and not by a setting. There is no press-2-for-Tamil.

- A whole sentence of four or more words changes the language, from the very next reply
- A name, a number, an ok or a haan is never treated as a language change
- Indian names come back from speech recognition in another script routinely, which is a spelling and not a request, so it does not flip the call
Dates and times, which is where most of them fail
Booking is where a half-translated agent falls over. A caller asking for tomorrow morning, this evening, next Monday or a time on the hour has to be understood in Tamil and read back in Tamil - not converted to English digits and recited.
