Looking for an Ozonetel alternative?
A contact centre is built for agents. This is built for a business with one phone line.
Ozonetel is a cloud contact centre platform: its core business is phone numbers, call flows, routing, recording and the tooling a team needs to run or build calling at scale. Several platforms in that category now sell voice-AI add-ons too. FrontivaAI is a different kind of product - not a platform you configure, but a finished AI receptionist that answers your existing number, has a conversation, and writes the appointment into a calendar your staff already use.

These are not really the same product
It is worth being clear before you compare features. A cloud telephony platform is infrastructure: it gives you the pipes, the numbers and the control, and expects somebody to assemble the rest. An AI receptionist is an outcome: the phone gets answered and the booking exists. If you are shopping for one and land on the other, the specification sheets will not tell you much.
When Ozonetel is the better choice
We would rather you bought the right thing.
- You run a contact centre with human agents, queues and supervisors
- You need SIP trunking, number pools, or telephony you control at the API level
- You are building calling into your own product and want the primitives
- You need regional-language coverage across many Indian languages
- You need branded caller ID or carrier-level features
When an AI receptionist is the better choice
The problem this solves is narrower and more common.
- Your phone rings after hours, on Sunday, and while your desk is already busy
- You want appointments in a calendar, not call logs to work through
- You have nobody to configure a platform and no developer to spare
- You want a written transcript and summary of every call, automatically
- English and Hindi cover your callers
What FrontivaAI does not do
So the comparison is fair in both directions.
- No SIP trunking, no number pools, no carrier-level control
- No contact-centre agent desktop, queues or supervisor tooling
- No branded caller ID or CNAP
- English and Hindi only - not Tamil, Telugu, Marathi or Bengali
- Calls are transcribed, not recorded
- No integration into practice-management, LMS or CRM systems
Why there is no feature-by-feature table here
Their products, plans and prices change, and we are not going to quote numbers for a company we cannot verify on the day you read this. Check their own site for current details, then judge this page on what it claims about us: Rs 7,000 a month, 1,000 voice minutes, English and Hindi, live in about three days, no lock-in. If you have agents, queues and supervisors, you are in contact-centre territory and should stay there.
The short answer
If you need telephony infrastructure or a contact centre, go with the platform. If you need the phone answered and the appointment booked, that is what this is.
Frequently asked questions
Is FrontivaAI a replacement for Ozonetel?
Only if what you actually wanted was an answered phone and a booked appointment. It is not a telephony platform and does not try to be one.
Can I use both?
Yes. Forwarding is per-number, so you can leave your existing setup alone and send just the enquiry line to FrontivaAI.
Do I have to change my number?
No. You keep it and forward it - dial *21* then your FrontivaAI number then #, and #21# turns it off.
What does it cost?
Rs 7,000 a month including 1,000 voice minutes, then Rs 7 a minute. No setup fee and no lock-in.
Which languages does it handle?
English and Hindi, including switching between them mid-call. Nothing beyond those two.
