Voice AI pricing in India is usually quoted in credits, with no stated conversion, which makes plans impossible to compare. We price in minutes because that is the thing you can count. One voice minute is one minute of connected call time, billed by the minute.

How to size it
Multiply your calls a day by their average length by the days you are open. A clinic taking 20 calls a day at 2 minutes over 26 days is about 1,040 minutes - right at the included allowance. About 1,000 minutes is a little over 30 calls a day at a minute each.

When not to buy it
If you answer nearly every call already and you miss almost nothing, this will not pay for itself - and we would rather say so than sell it. Work out what you lose in a normal week first: missed calls, times how many would have booked, times what one is worth. If that number is below Rs 7,000, do not buy it.

What exactly is a voice minute?
One minute of connected call time. Ring time, hold and silence between calls are not charged, and there is no credit conversion to work out.
Do unused minutes carry forward?
No. They are valid for the billing month.
Is there a contract?
No lock-in and no notice period. Run it a month on your real number and switch it off if it did not pay for itself.
What does it cost to add a second location?
