Terms of Service
The agreement between FrontivaAI and the business using it.
What the service is
FrontivaAI answers calls on a number you forward to us, holds a conversation in the languages you enable, books and changes appointments, and sends WhatsApp confirmations. It is software, not a managed service, and not a telecom operator - you keep your own number and operator.
Trial and billing
Plans start with a 7-day pilot on your own number, no card required and no setup fee. The Professional plan is Rs 7,000 a month including 1,000 voice minutes, then Rs 7 per additional minute. Annual is Rs 70,000. All prices are exclusive of GST, charged at the applicable rate on a tax invoice.
No lock-in
No minimum term and no notice period. Cancel any time and the service runs to the end of the paid month. Part months are not refunded and you are not billed again after cancelling.
Your data is yours
Contacts, appointments, transcripts and summaries created on your line belong to you and are exportable while the service is active.
What we do not promise
The agent works from what you load and does not improvise. It will not quote a price you have not entered, give professional advice, or guarantee every caller is understood - line quality and background noise affect that as they do a person.
Liability and governing law
Total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees paid in that period. These terms are governed by the laws of India; the courts at Hyderabad have exclusive jurisdiction.
