Chasing documents is a calling problem
Verification teams lose days to the same loop: a file is missing one document, someone calls, the customer says 'I will send it tonight', nobody follows up, the SLA slips. The agent runs the loop: it calls, states plainly which document is missing and how to send it, sends the WhatsApp with the upload link or address, and retries on a schedule until the file closes or a person needs to step in. Every call is transcribed, so the team sees exactly what was promised and when.
What the follow-up sequence looks like
