Which languages the AI actually speaks
Two languages, done properly, and an honest list of the ones we do not do.
Voice AI vendors in India routinely advertise thirty or more languages. In practice a language is only supported if the agent can understand an accent, hold a booking conversation and quote a price in it without falling apart. By that test we support two, plus the way most Indian callers actually talk - switching between them mid-sentence.
At a glance
| Language | Supported | Notes |

How switching works on a live call
The caller leads. If somebody opens in English and moves to Hindi halfway through a sentence, the agent follows in the same voice and stays there for the rest of the call. There is no menu, no language selection, and nothing for the caller to press.
What happens if a caller speaks something else
It does not pretend. The agent says it cannot help in that language and offers to transfer to your team on your forwarding number, so the caller reaches a person instead of a wall. That is a worse outcome than answering them properly - which is why we tell you before you buy rather than after.
Why we do not claim more
Because the claim is easy and the delivery is not. A page saying thirty languages generates calls the agent fails, and a failed call in the caller's own language is worse than a missed one. If most of your callers use a language above marked No, this is not the right product for you yet.
If you need a regional language
Tell us which one and roughly what volume. We will say honestly whether it is on the roadmap or not, and we will not take money for it in the meantime.
The short answer
English and Hindi, including Hinglish. Everything else is a no today, and we would rather you knew that now.
Frequently asked questions
Do you support 30+ languages?
No. English and Hindi, including Hinglish code-switching. We have removed that claim wherever it appeared on this site.
Can it understand Indian accents?
Yes - that is what it was tuned for, including regional English pronunciation.
What about Hinglish specifically?
Fully supported, and it is the most common way callers actually speak.
Will Tamil or Telugu be added?
Tell us the language and the volume and we will give you a straight answer rather than a roadmap promise.
Does the caller have to choose a language?
No. There is no menu - the agent follows whatever the caller uses.
