Every call becomes a record you can act on
The AI answers the phone. The dashboard is what you actually run the business on - and it is included, not an add-on.
What you get after every call
- Written transcript - the whole conversation, word for word.
- AI summary - what the caller wanted and what was agreed.
- Outcome - booked, moved, cancelled, or nothing and why.
- Sentiment - how the caller sounded.
- Action needed - the calls a human should follow up.
- Duration and cost - connected minutes and what they cost.
What makes this different from every other AI receptionist
Ask any vendor three questions. Can I read the exact words your AI is allowed to say? Can I see the answer sheet it quotes prices from? Can I watch a call live and take it over mid-conversation? We publish all three as screens you use every day. An AI answering your phone that you cannot audit is a liability, not a product - and every claim on this page is a screen you can open, not a promise.
Watching a call, live
Live Calls shows a conversation while it is happening. The transcript fills in line by line as the caller speaks, so you are reading the call rather than waiting for a summary afterwards. If it needs a person, you pull the call onto your own phone from that screen - the caller is not asked to ring back, and the conversation so far goes with you, so nobody has to repeat themselves. A call that ends is closed automatically; nothing sits there pretending to be active.
Reading a call, afterwards
Call Logs keeps every call for twelve months: the full transcript both ways, an AI summary of what the caller wanted and what was agreed, the outcome (booked, moved, cancelled, or nothing and why), how the caller sounded, which language it was held in, the duration, and the cost. It is searchable, so "how many people asked about implants last month" is a question you can actually answer. Useful in a dispute; more useful on an ordinary Tuesday when you notice eleven people asked for a treatment you do not advertise.
The two screens nobody else publishes
What the AI Says is the agent's script - the exact words it is allowed to use, in order, for every stage of a call. It is assembled from the live configuration rather than written by hand, so what you read there cannot drift from what runs on the phone. If you change your hours, that page changes.
What the AI Knows is the answer sheet: your services, your prices, your address, your policies. The agent cannot say anything outside it. When it quotes a price on a call you can open this screen and see exactly where that number came from - and if something is not in there, it says the front desk will confirm rather than inventing a figure. That refusal is the single most important behaviour in the product.
The diary, and who is in it
Calendar is the same calendar the agent reads - one diary, two hands. A slot your front desk books at the counter disappears from what the agent offers immediately, so the same chair, room or slot cannot be sold twice. The lock is enforced by the system, not by the AI remembering.
Appointments lists every booking whoever made it - AI, front desk or walk-in. Staff and Availability holds opening hours, the lunch break, weekly offs and who is actually working; change them at 9am and the agent is quoting them at 9:01, and nobody edits a prompt to do it. Holidays and Closures is a separate layer because a weekly schedule cannot express Diwali - the agent will not offer a slot on a day you are shut, and will say so if asked.
What you were losing, and where you still are
Missed Calls is the list that used to be invisible: calls that ended before a conversation started. Booking Funnel shows where callers drop off between being answered and being booked, so you can see which step loses them rather than guessing. Analytics puts calls, bookings and outcomes over time - in IST, so "today" means today and not a UTC day that ends at half past five in the morning.
What it costs, to the paisa
Minutes shows usage against your plan and what each call cost. Alerts fire at 80% and 95% so the bill never surprises you, and a call in progress is never cut off. Ringing, hold and silence are not charged, because charging for silence is a con. Call Quality gives a score and the response latency per call, so "it felt slow" stops being an argument and becomes a number.
Reaching people back
Reminders and WhatsApp shows every confirmation and reminder that went out, to whom, and whether it landed. Outbound runs reminder and follow-up campaigns with per-call results, from the same minute pool as inbound - no separate bucket to top up. Contacts holds everyone who has ever called, what they booked and their history; a returning caller is recognised by their number before they say a word.
Settings you actually change
Receptionist and AI Agent hold the persona, the greeting and the transfer number. Phone Setup shows your forwarding status and the number the agent answers on. Knowledge Base is where the answer sheet gets edited. None of it requires us - you change it, and the next call uses it.
And the screens only your industry gets
A hotel does not need treatment plans and a dental clinic does not need housekeeping. You get the vertical you actually run, not a generic shell with most of it greyed out.
- Dental and healthcare - Treatment Plans and EMR records, so a returning patient is not a stranger, and the agent can be told which treatments you actually offer.
- Hotels - Reservations, Rooms and Rates, and Housekeeping. It quotes only the rates you publish and sends group and banquet enquiries to a person, because those are negotiated.
- Salons - Service Menu and Packages, each service carrying its own duration, so a cut and a colour cannot be booked into the same half hour.
- Real estate - Projects, Unit Inventory and Pipeline, with budget, area and timeline captured on the call rather than chased afterwards.
- Education - Courses and an admissions Pipeline, built for the six weeks a year when the phone does not stop.
One calendar, two hands
Your front desk books in the same calendar the agent reads, so the same slot cannot be sold twice. The lock is enforced by the system, not by the AI remembering.
Take over mid-call
Pull a live call to your phone, or let the agent transfer it to your forwarding number.
What it does not do
- Calls are transcribed, not recorded - you read them rather than listen.
- No practice-management, LMS or CRM integration; the calendar lives here.
- Sentiment and summaries are AI-generated - a triage aid, not a compliance record.
Included in the ₹7,000/month plan. Ask for a test number, or book a demo.
Frequently asked questions
Can I read what the AI said to my customers?
Yes. Every call is stored as a full transcript of both sides, in the language and script it was held in, and it is searchable - so you can ask how many callers mentioned a treatment last month, not just read one call.
Can I see the exact words the AI is allowed to say?
Yes, on the call-flow screen. It is assembled from the live configuration rather than written by hand, so it cannot drift from what is actually running on your line.
Can I take over a call while it is happening?
Yes. A live call can be pulled to your own phone without the caller being asked to ring back, and the conversation so far goes with you so nobody has to repeat themselves.
Can I see what each call cost?
Yes, per call and against your included minutes, with alerts as you approach the limit. Only connected talk time is billed - ringing and hold time are not.
Does it show the calls I was missing before?
Yes. There is a separate view for calls that ended before a conversation started, and a funnel showing where callers drop off between being answered and being booked.
Are the dashboard times in IST?
Yes. Today, this week and this month all use IST boundaries, so a Sunday evening booking lands on Sunday rather than on the wrong day.
If this sounds familiar
- We keep missing calls - what is that costing?
- Customers ring after we close
- The line is engaged all morning
- Should I hire a receptionist?
- People book and then do not turn up
