Interview scheduling calls

Recruiters lose more time to scheduling than to screening.

The scarce resource in hiring is not applications, it is the recruiter hours spent chasing people to agree a time. Calls go unanswered because the number is unknown, the callback lands mid-interview, and the slot that was free on Tuesday is gone by the time anyone confirms. An agent that calls, screens and books removes the chasing.

What it asks before booking a slot

Only what you configure - typically current experience, notice period, expected compensation and availability. The answers land with the candidate record, so the recruiter walks into the interview already briefed rather than starting cold.

Where it fits in bulk hiring

High-volume roles are the clearest case: BPO intakes, field and warehouse roles, campus drives. Hundreds of first calls do not need a recruiter, and the ones worth a human conversation are the ones that pass screening.

What it does not do

Being clear about this saves an argument later.

Frequently asked questions

Can it call candidates, not just answer them?

Yes. Outbound calling from a list is how recruitment usually uses it, with the same transcript and confirmation trail.

Does it decide who gets an interview?

No. It captures the answers you asked for and books the slots. The judgement stays with your recruiters.

Will it integrate with our ATS?

Not today. Candidate records and interview slots live in the dashboard, exportable at any time.

Which languages?

English, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi and Bengali, including Hinglish and switching mid-call. not Gujarati and Punjabi.

Does it reduce interview no-shows?

It sends a WhatsApp confirmation and a reminder, which is the main lever available.

Ask for a test number, or book a demo.
